Contact us to request your demo login. EzPET is a user-friendly, Internet Based, software package that brings professionalism to your retail puppy sales business. No installation fees or setup fees and no special hardware are required. All you need is a PC that has Internet access. You can access the program from anywhere in the world. No Problems – have a PC with Internet Access and you’re in Business! Who is Systems West? Since 1981 Systems West, pioneered the PC based POS market. We automated our first Pet Store in 1983. In January of 2005 we were asked to write (program) a web based puppy-tracking software for a multi-store puppy retailer. Normally a custom written program like this would be unaffordable to most retailers. After we did our due diligence, our research proved that there was nothing on the market that could compete with what we envisioned. We decided to design and program this software by using our own in-house programmers. We worked closely with a couple of our existing Retail Puppy Stores to help design the features that were required. Plus we applied forward looking thinking to the rest of the design layout and features of EzPET. We believe you will be impressed with the features and functionality of this software and the integrity of Systems West. Ez to Learn. Average training time is less then an hour to become proficient for all day to day procedures. EzPOS Interface. Links the puppy’s in stock to EzPOS inventory to make it easy to sell the animal at POS. EzPOS is a full-featured POS package that is a nice fit for your store. EzPOS is not required to operate the EzPET program. Customer Data. Know who bought each animal plus re-market to your existing clients. Meets all FDA and your local Animal Control record keeping.
Prints your own Puppy Contracts and Sales Documentation that can be designed and entered into the system, easily by you, right from the start! At any time you can modify the wording of these documents or add new ones. When an animal is sold, the software will automatically print the required documents that you have already setup in the software from the start. Extensive “Find” capabilities. As an example, “Give me a list of all Male Chocolate Labs that we sold in the first quarter of 2005 that we received from Sally’s Breeders R-US”. Get Organized! No looking around in filing cabinets for records. Because all of your pet information is on the web, you can do your paperwork anywhere that you have Internet Access. Home, store, office, airports just to name a few! Save time and money. The biggest challenge that Puppy Retailers has is keeping up with the paperwork. Did you cross all the T’s and dot all the I’s? By having access to this information 7/24, gives you unlimited time to insure your records are correct and up to date. What about Security? Because it’s a web-based product, you have a unique login into your account. You will be issued your own account by our web hosting company’s server. You will have your unique Account Name, User ID followed by a Password. The software keeps track of each individual user’s computer IP address that logs into your account along with the time and date. So by periodically monitoring this log file, insures accountability of who’s been accessing your data and when. Technical Side? EzPET is written using the PHP programming language and the database engine is MYSQL. These may not be familiar terms for you, but for company’s that “are in the know” about Web Based Programming, these are standard bread and butter web programming tools. No Secrets. All information pertaining to every animal is available to you instantly, just a click away. So if you get audited, just print the detail log sheet for that animal and everything that you know about that animal, your auditor will know! Nothing held back!
