EzPOS™ Optional Add-Ons


Below are the optional add-on packages for EzPOS™

  • Multi-Store

  • The Mulit-Store add-on for EzPOS™ is for those companies who own multiple stores and want to control Category, Department, Manufacturer, Vendor, and Inventory information from a main corporate office.  When the Multi-Store add-on is in use with EzPOS™, end users will be able to check Quantity on Hand figures for items at other stores within the company.  This will allow stores to interact and disperse inventory to stores in need when levels have fallen too low.  If a new item is added to the inventory, corporate can simply add the item and push it, via the internet, to the retail outlets.  When the stores close for the day, all sales numbers are upload to the corporate office for storage and review.  This is a must-have feature for those companies looking to achieve maximum control and efficiency of their business.  The "EzHost" program runs on a separate computer.   Each store automatically transmits their data upon Store Closing.   Today's sales and inventory changes are sent via the Internet to your secure FTP site of your choosing.  All locations must have a high speed Internet connection.

    Reports available: Daily store closing reports for each store.
    Department/Category Sales report by date range.

  • Multi-Location

  • Our EzPOS™ Multi-Location add-on allows the end user to maintain multiple locations of inventory items that can be tracked from the main store location. A good example is in the use of service trucks that stock inventory items for use in the field. These new items are still a part of the main store inventory and need to be accounted for just as the store inventory would be. This also allows the managers to see the entire inventory regardless of the location and to see the dispersion of the items wherever they may be.  This allows Inventory transfers from the store to truck or from truck to truck.  When you do invoicing you can select the location the product came from, which keeps your inventory correct by location.   This makes each technician more accountable for the parts they are taking.  Also the Multi-Location add-on is also helpful if you have remote warehouses for inventory overstock.

  • Employee Time Clock

  • Say goodbye to the old days of mechanical time card machines.  EzPOS™'s Employee Time Clock add-on is an excellent way to keep track of the time your employee's spend clocked in.   This add-on has printable reports that allow the store manager to review when employees have clocked in or out, and for how long they spent clocked in.  The reports can also be run for a range of dates (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)  A "Who's In" report allows users to view who is currently clocked in.  The big payoff to this progrm comes when it's time to do payroll.  Just run a report and the software gives you a detail timesheet for each employee's hours worked detail or summary.
