EzPOS™ History

A 200 million-dollar corporation whose entities include a Manufacturing Plant plus 42 Retail Stores commissioned our new software, EzPOS™. On their staff are two senior loss prevention specialists who provided countless hours of direction, specifications and expertise. Their job is to find thieves among the employee ranks and to catch dishonest customers. They have looked at, installed and dissected the top POS packages out on the market, looking for the illusive perfect software for controlling their (QOH) Quantity on Hand Inventory. Every software package, that they evaluated, came up short on their "must have" features and security lists. EzPOS™ was developed to meet their strong demands, which we all benefit from.

EzPOS™ will fit your business if you are concerned about your QOH figure. One feature in our software is you can't change the QOH no matter who you are. To change the QOH, you must do so through a documented transaction; sale, return, adjustments, receivings, transfers, interstore send/receive. We also have a QOH report. It shows in date order the detail history of that item, when it was first received and all transactions related to it. In addition all of our reports are numbered in sequential order, which allows you to go back and re-print a report or invoice. For auditing purposes, we have an employee log file that lists "who did what & when did they do it" this proves invaluable if you think you have a dishonest employee and you want to review their past work.
